居留：新西兰投资移民 Migrant Investment categories

有两种类别的投资移民：高额投资类别和普通投资类别(Investor Plus (Investor 1 Category), and Investor (Investor 2 Category))。高额投资类别当前的处理周期大约为3个月，普通类别的为6个月。

以下为两种类别的要求对比：

1. 高额投资类别(Investor Plus (Investor 1 Category))

申请人需至少提供等同于1000万纽币的资金或资产用于投资，并且证明这些资金或资产：

你独自拥有，或者你和配偶、子女共同拥有；
不受任何限制，比如不受抵押、留置、费用或妨碍等；
通过合法途径获得；
可以通过银行或使用银行系统的外汇公司转移；

The funds and/or assets you nominate in your residence application must be equivalent to at least NZ$10 million. You will have to provide evidence to show that these funds and/or assets:

are owned by you or jointly by you, your partner and/or dependent children

are unencumbered, ie not subject to any mortgage, lien, charge and/or encumbrance (whether equitable or otherwise) or any other creditor claims

have been earned or acquired legally

are transferable through the banking system, or a foreign exchange company that uses the banking system.

注意：申请在原则上批准后，申请人就需要提供材料证明资金的来源。投资资金不能用于个人用途，如购买房产，车，船等。

申请费：（参照2015年12月更新的INZ1028 Fees Guide, 新西兰境内是4280纽币, Pacific地区是4165纽币，其他地区是4165纽币，除此之外还需要交移民税580纽币）
主申的护照首页影印件；
所有申请人的2张近期护照照片；
用于投资的资金的证明材料；
资金来源证明；
结婚证（如有）；
夫妻关系证明材料；
所有人的出生证明；
17周岁以上申请人的无犯罪证明；
3个月内的体检证明；
3个月内的X光证明。

将申请表和支持材料直接递交到当地的新西兰移民局即可。

也可以直接递交到新西兰境内的商业移民部门： > Business Migration Branch > PO Box 3705 > Wellington > New Zealand.

2. 普通投资类别(Investor (Investor 2 Category))

http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/stream/invest/investment/investor/requirements.htm 申请人需至少提供等同于150万纽币的资金或资产用于投资，并且提供知识100万纽币的置业资金。对于资金的性质要求和高额投资类别相同。

普通投资类别每年的配额为300个。

申请普通投资类别，申请人首先需要提交EOI，进入EOI候选池等待。移民局每两周对EOI进行一次筛选。如果申请人被选中，收到邀请后，需要提供相关的证明材料。

将EOI申请表连同申请费620纽币（不需要提供支持材料），一起寄到： > Business Migration Branch > PO Box 3705 > Wellington > New Zealand

EOI分数比较高的申请人可能获邀，获得ITA之后需要在4个月内提交申请

第二步：Residence application-Investor (Investor 2 Category)

所有申请人的2张近期护照照片；
所有申请人的护照首页影印件；
所有人的出生证明；
体检证明和胸片；
17周岁以上申请人的无犯罪证明；
所有人的最低英语语言证明材料，副申和孩子如不满足最低语言要求，可以交语言费；
夫妻关系证明材料；
经商经验证明材料；
资金、资产所有权的证明材料；
资金来源证明。

申请材料需要在(自收到ITA之日起)4个月内寄到Business Migration Branch:

申请人的居留权获批后

申请在原则上批准后，申请人需要在12个月内将投资资金转移到新西兰，并进行投资。申请人在获签前，如果打算来新西兰，可以申请工作签证。

高额投资类别：需要至少投资3年。同时在3年的投资周期的后2年中，每年在新西兰的时间不能少于44天。

普通投资类别：需要至少投资4年。同时在4年的投资周期的后3年中，每年在新西兰的时间不能少于146天。

投资前2年

在距离投资满2年的3个月之前，移民局会写信要求申请人提供以下证明

retained acceptable investment(s) in New Zealand for the first two years of the investment period (see evidence you have retained acceptable investment)
spent the required time in New Zealand in the second year of your investment period.

申请人需要在投资满2年前的3个月内提供。如果申请人满足条件，同时持有居留签证已达到两年。那么申请人及其随行人员的居留签证可以延期，最长可以延期2年，在这2年内，申请人可以自由出入新西兰。如果不满足条件，会被驱逐出境。

投资周期结束前

投资周期结束的3个月之前，移民局会写信要求你提供证明文件。

retained acceptable investment(s) in New Zealand for the remaining time of your investment period (see evidence you have retained acceptable investment)
spent the required time in New Zealand in the remaining time of your investment period.

如果申请人满足条件，申请人及其随行人员会获得永久居留签证(permanent resident visa [hyperlink to glossary term])。如果不满足条件，会被驱逐出境。
